COMBO Tester Z124 (Wall Station & Footplate)
The COMBO Tester Z124 checks wrist strap and dual ESD footwear resistance. Wrist straps and ESD footwear help prevent electrostatic charge on the body from damaging sensitive electronic components. The tester indicates if either footwear is defective.
Wrist strap and body resistance should be between 0.75 and 10 MΩ, while footwear resistance should be between 0.75 and 35/100 MΩ. The system is intended for wrist straps and ESD footwear only; it may give inconsistent results with regular footwear or bare feet. The wall station is model Z124W, and the footplate is model Z124F.
