Surface Resistivity Meter Z203-100
Surface Resistivity, Resistance between 2 points, and Surface to Ground can all be conveniently measured in accordance with EOS/ESD Association Std S4.1. Measurements in the conductive range (up to 10⁵) are made at 10V and higher values at 100V.
Colour-coded LEDs conveniently indicate conductive, dissipative and insulative values from 10³ to 10¹² Ω/sq with under-range and over-range indications. Measurements can also be made with external probes.
